I had to go gluten-free a few years ago for health reasons. Boy do I miss some things. Breads and pie crust are probably my most missed. I’ve tried a few different pie crust mixes and frankly have not been impressed with any. So I thought I would look for graham crackers to make a good crust from and viola! Success!

When I tasted these the first thing I thought was “finally I’m back in the real world”. These Graham Crackers are SO YUMMY! I just had to share.

I’m planning to make pumpkin and apple pies with these over Thanksgiving. I can’t wait.
