I’m so picky about my water. I have to drink a lot of it for my digestive issues and if I don’t like it I won’t. After shopping around for some good water at a good price we settled on Walmart’s reverse osmosis Primo water machine and purchased a water dispenser. It’s been nice, but we have run into some inconvenient glitches along the way.
One of the problems we faced was sometimes the machine was down so we had to take our bottles to another store and not all the stores water had the same taste. Bummer.
So we began brain storming and came across this reverse osmosis under the sink water filter. I calculated the cost of our Walmart water, and with what we are drinking we are spending $250 per year on it! Wow! Guess what? The reverse osmosis is $200! It comes with 5 filters total. 3 of those will have to be changed every 6 months totaling about $25.00 every six months. The other 2 filters only need changing every 2-3 years!
So for the same amount I’m paying for the Walmart water (which I do recommend if you want to go that route) I now own a reverse osmosis machine that makes my water taste so good! And it will pay itself off in one year. Then after that I will be saving $150-$200 per year!
To top it off, I’m no longer using ANY plastic for my drinking water! Health benefits and environmentally safe.
I’m a very happy camper!
